Free sports widgets for your website

Give your readers and guests quick answers on your own site: what a beer or a night at the game costs, where every game is on TV, how accessible the venue is, what you can bring through the gates, when the next home games are and which weeks are best for a road trip. Copy one snippet, paste it into your page, and the widget appears. It's free, there's nothing to sign up for, and it doesn't collect anything from your visitors.

How they work

Each widget is a compact version of a page on FanRoadTrips, with a clear link to the full guide for anyone who wants more. The schedule widgets refresh themselves from live league schedules, so there's nothing to maintain. To add one, pick your venue, team, city or event, copy the code, and paste it where you want the widget using your site's HTML block (“Custom HTML” in WordPress, a “Code” block in Squarespace, “Embed HTML” in Wix). The small script on the last line resizes the widget to fit. If your site builder strips scripts, leave it out and the widget still works at the height in the first line. Please keep the credit line in place; see the terms below.

Game-day cost calculator

“How much will the game actually cost?” is one of the first things fans ask. This calculator answers it on your own page: readers choose how many people are going, how many beers, hot dogs and cars, add a ticket price if they have one, and get a total for that venue.

Suits: Team blogs and fan sites, local news “going to the game” pieces, hotels and bars near the venue.

Terms of use for the widgets

Last updated 4 October 2026.

By embedding a FanRoadTrips widget, you agree to these terms.

  1. It's free. No fee and no registration. Embed it on as many pages as you like, on sites you own or manage.
  2. Use the code as provided. Don't change, cover, crop or hide any part of the widget, including its figures, notes, the link to the full guide or the “Powered by FanRoadTrips” line. You may change the iframe's width and height to fit your layout, as long as nothing inside is cut off.
  3. Keep the credit link. The credit line under each widget, with its link, should stay visible next to it. You may style it to match your site and add a rel attribute such as nofollow if your own policies call for one.
  4. Don't imply a relationship that isn't there. Embedding a widget doesn't mean FanRoadTrips endorses or partners with you. FanRoadTrips is independent and not affiliated with any league, team or venue.
  5. Present it as an estimate. Prices and times are approximate and can change. Don't describe them as official or guaranteed.
  6. Where it can go. Not on pages that are unlawful, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit, or that sell counterfeit tickets.
  7. Privacy. Widgets run in your visitor's browser, set no cookies and send nothing visitors type to us or to you. We count widget views with the same cookieless analytics we use on our own site, which includes the address of the page it's embedded on.
  8. It may change. We may update a widget's data, wording or design, or stop offering it, at any time. We may ask you to remove it, or stop it loading on a site, if these terms aren't followed.
  9. No warranty. Widgets are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FanRoadTrips isn't liable for decisions made using them.
