Best seats

Sightlines are good throughout, though seats are fairly narrow. Upper Level Center Ice is a good value, and Lower Level Glass is the premium pick.

Parking

The arena has no lot of its own. Downtown has 30,000+ spaces in city ramps and lots, plus street meters. Studio Park offers covered parking across from the south end. Park near the skywalk to stay out of the cold, or reserve a spot through the Griffins.

Getting there

The arena is downtown with nearby freeway exits. The main entrance is on the north side, on West Fulton Street. The DASH downtown shuttle stops right in front every 15 minutes.

Bar scene

Downtown Grand Rapids is a beer town, with lots of bars, restaurants and 13 hotels within walking distance. Inside, the ConsumersCU Club restaurant and bar opens 2 hours before most games.

Insider tips

• No bags at all, only clutches up to 4.5x6.5x2 in. Medical and parenting bags must use the southwest ADA/Box Office entrance.
• The arena is cashless. Guest Services (outside Section 104) sells gift cards for cash.
• If you're 21+ with a vertical ID, get it validated at Guest Services before buying alcohol.
• Fridays have $3 domestic drafts and $3 hot dogs from 6–8pm, plus free rides on The Rapid with your ticket.
• Buy tickets in advance, since prices go up $4 on game day.
