Best seats

In this ~6,300-seat 1993 arena, rows 5 and below behind the glass or the netted end zones are the safest from flying pucks. End-zone netting can partly block views from upper-bowl sections 4–12 at the east end.

Parking

There are about 400 paid spaces next to the building and 1,000 more nearby. Uptown's indoor pedway also connects to about 2,000 covered spaces within a 10-minute walk.

Getting there

The arena is at 99 Station Street in Uptown Saint John, where Main Street meets Route 1. It's linked to the uptown pedway, so you can walk in from hotels and parkades without going outside.

Bar scene

Uptown Saint John is a short (if hilly) walk away and is packed with pubs and restaurants for pre- and post-game.

Insider tips

• Air horns are forbidden everywhere. Stadium horns are allowed only in sections 6 and 7 at Sea Dogs games.
• Outside food and drinks, helium balloons and laser pens are prohibited, and bags may be searched.
• ATMs are on the concourse by the main entrance.
• On event days the box office opens three hours before start time.
• Use the pedway on cold or wet nights to stay indoors from uptown.
