The arena seats about 6,886 for hockey. Section 112 is the family, alcohol-free section. Sections 104–106 have elevator access and wheelchair seating, and Manhattan Point Restaurant on level 2 offers full-service dining that overlooks the action.

Parking

The arena lot is run by Indigo Parking, first-come first-served with no in-and-out privileges; enter from Water St or Cawston Ave. Other lots in the surrounding downtown area also serve games. ($20 CAD)

1223 Water Street in Kelowna's downtown Cultural District, a short walk from the Okanagan Lake waterfront.

The arena sits in the walkable Cultural District, with breweries, craft-beer bars and waterfront pubs within a few minutes' walk.
