Best seats

The ~8,500-seat bowl is compact, so every seat sees the ice well and you'll hear every hit on the boards. Upper level is the budget pick, and center-ice lower bowl is the premium standard seat.

Parking

The arena's Orange Garage (712 W. Linden, entrance at 7th & Linden) connects straight to the lobby and can be prepaid on ParkMobile. If it fills, Allentown Parking Authority decks nearby take the overflow. In APA decks you must pull forward into spaces or risk a fine; backing in is OK only in the Orange Garage. ($5–10 USD)

Getting there

The arena is downtown at 701 Hamilton St. From US-22, take the PA-145/MacArthur Rd exit, which turns into 7th Street, and follow the event-parking signs.

Bar scene

You're right in downtown Allentown. Chickie's & Pete's is attached to the arena and open for every event, and there are more spots within a couple of blocks.

Pre-game bars

• Chickie's & Pete's — Philly sports bar attached to the arena, behind Section 116. Crabfries, happy hour Sun–Thu 4–6pm, open every event.
• Fagley's Allentown Brew Works — Brewpub a couple of blocks away

Insider tips

• Bags must be clear (max 12x12x6 in), a clear one-gallon Ziploc, or a small clutch (4.5x6.5x2 in). No backpacks.
• Doors usually open 1 hour before the game.
• There's no re-entry, apart from the smoking area outside Chickie's & Pete's (keep your ticket).

• The ATM is inside Chickie's & Pete's.
