The single-concourse bowl seats about 6,300 for hockey. Sideline sections in the 100s are the pick, and upper corners are the cheapest tickets.

Parking

Downtown on-street parking, including along New Gower Street, is free after 6 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends; otherwise pay at the stations or with PayByPhone. Nearby garages include Metro Park (351 Water St.), A.P. Parking Garage (330 Duckworth St.) and Clift's-Baird's Cove. City Hall garage and the Convention Centre sell cashless event parking, which you can pre-buy at the box office up to a day ahead. (Free street parking after 6 pm weekdays and all weekend CAD)

Getting there

The arena is at 50 New Gower Street in downtown St. John's, between New Gower and Livingstone Streets and about 4 km from the Trans-Canada. Downtown is hilly, so wear good shoes in winter.

Bar scene

Downtown St. John's is one of the best pre-game areas in the league, with dozens of local pubs and restaurants, including the George Street and Water Street strips, within a 10-minute walk.
