Best seats

The bowl is only 18 rows deep, so nobody is far from the ice. The Voodoo Ranger Lounge behind the north end has a full bar and standing room over the goal the Eagles defend in the 1st and 3rd periods. Club Sections Q, R and S add padded seats.

Parking

Parking is mandatory and paid through ParkWhiz: enter your plate in the app and it becomes your pass, so just drive in and park. Prepaying saves money, and fans who skip paying risk a ticket. Expect ongoing Master Plan construction on the Ranch campus, and use Clydesdale Drive to exit. ($10 USD)

Getting there

The arena is at The Ranch Events Complex, 5280 Arena Circle. Take I-25 Exit 259 (Crossroads Blvd), go east 1 mile to Fairgrounds Ave (County Road 5), then north to the entrance. Lyft drop-off is at the roundabout in front of the arena.

Bar scene

There's no traditional neighborhood, but the surrounding commercial area has decent non-chain options within a mile, plus plenty of chains. Inside, there's a full bar on the east concourse and the Voodoo Ranger Lounge.
