Parking

LAZ Parking runs the Amerks' preferred parking at the Court Street and Washington Square garages, two blocks away, for $12. Both are open 24/7, have elevators and you can reserve ahead. The Civic Center Garage connects to the arena by an underground tunnel. Court St. Municipal Lot 10 is a two-minute walk. ($12 USD)

Getting there

The arena sits at One War Memorial Square, on the corner of Broad and Exchange streets in downtown Rochester, just off I-490 and the Inner Loop.

Bar scene

Inside, the Genesee Brew House at the top of the atrium stairs hosts the Friday pregame happy hour with live music. Nearby options the arena recommends include The Exchange and Rabbit Hole Tavern on Exchange Blvd.

• Rabbit Hole Tavern — 284 Exchange Blvd.

Insider tips

• Clear bag policy since Jan. 2026. You can bring one clear bag up to 12"x6"x12" plus a clutch up to 4.5"x6.5". No backpacks, fanny packs, tablets or metal or hard-plastic bottles, and there's no bag check.
• Doors open one hour before puck drop.
• Sunday games are the cheapest night out: $3 domestic drafts, $2 hot dogs and $1 small popcorn.
