Avenir Centre

Best seats

Sit on the east side for the centre-ice logo view. Or try the Moosehead Light Ice Bar, a social area at ice level on the south end where seats were pulled back.

Parking

Avenir Centre uses a dispersed downtown parking model. There's paid parking on site, but most fans use public and private lots or street parking across downtown, with roughly 3,300 off-street spaces within a 14-minute walk after 6 pm. ($14 on site CAD)

Getting there

The arena is at Main Street and Canada Street (150 Canada St.) in downtown Moncton, a couple of blocks from Vaughan Harvey Boulevard. From the Trans-Canada you'll drive through town to get there.

Bar scene

Downtown Moncton is a foodie town with plenty of pubs and taprooms within walking distance for pre- and post-game drinks.

Insider tips

• Bags are limited to 14" x 14" x 6", and the venue can't store oversized bags.
• Doors open 1 hour before the start time, and there's no re-entry.
• Concessions take credit and debit.
• Bring a cowbell: Wildcats fans ring them on goals.
• No smoking anywhere in the building or on the outside plazas.
